To show support for the GB Olympic team . ![]() Stalbright members are proud to announce that when the final monies are received over £3,500 will be have been raised at the Sunday Funday. The success of the event is due to the continued enthusiasm and energy offered by its core members and all the kind people who helped on the day and beforehand. Stalbridge is a great place to live and Stalbright aim to put the icing on the cake in supporting opportunities for the community to get together and provide those extra special things that make Stalbridge shine in North Dorset. ![]() To Assist with an emergency power issue the Town Council have agreed that the NHS Breast Screening Unit can park adjacent to the WC's in the Station Road car park for a 2-3 week period from Monday 25th July, whist a power supply is established at their Sherborne site. By helping in this way it will mean that the time that the service is suspended is limited and clinics will not need to be cancelled, reducing the impact on the scanning programme for the rest of the year. Should the power supply at the Sherborne site be achieved sooner the unit will not need to leave Sherborne or may have a shorter stay at Stalbridge.
